IMENET, Inc. is seeking Full-time, Part-time, and On-call Occupational Health Nurses to assist the Health Services and Resources Manager in the management and administration of health services at assigned locations. Organize and facilitate the function of the occupational health department (s) at a specific site(s). Ensure delivery of integrated services in accordance with IMENET Occupational Health and regulatory guidelines and in alignment with the business needs of our customers. Lead a team of Health Services & Resources professionals and facilitates teamwork and effective communications within the team. Supervise and evaluate work performance of the nursing staff in terms of patient care, staff relationships and efficiency of service. Recruit and interviews Health Services & Resources job candidates, orient and train new staff. Mentor Health Services professionals as assigned. IMENET, Inc. seeking a self-confident, proactive RN. This position is responsible to asses and analyze injured worker's medical and/or vocational status and develops a viable, realistic service plan. Meet with clients in their homes, work-sites, physician's or therapist's office to provide on going case management services. Develop a plan of care for patients from admission to discharge. Monitor patient progress toward desired outcomes through assessments and evaluations. Communicate both in-person and telephonically with client, medical providers, attorneys, employers, insurance carriers, etc. Develop and administer education and prevention programs. Develop guidelines for working with patients, healthcare management companies, insurance companies or other third party payers to determine quality, cost-effective care. Apply all special instructions required by individual insurance carriers and referral sources. Apply all laws and regulations that apply to the provision of rehabilitation services.
